When you place an order, you confirm that your name, phone number and address are correct. We may cancel or refuse an order if information is incomplete, we cannot reach you, or the product is unavailable.

4. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery. Payment is due to the courier when the order is delivered.

5. Delivery

Delivery charges and estimated times are explained on our Shipping & Return Policy page. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

6. Returns

Returns and exchanges are handled under our Shipping & Return Policy (damaged or wrong items only, reported within 48 hours with photo proof).
