Delivery charges
- Orders under Rs. 1000: Rs. 199 flat-rate delivery.
- Orders of Rs. 1000 and above: Free delivery.
Delivery time
Orders are usually delivered within 3-5 working days. Delivery may take a little longer in remote areas or during busy periods.
Payment
We offer Cash on Delivery. Please pay the courier when you receive your parcel.
Returns and exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only for items that arrive damaged or are the wrong item. To request one:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@kharidoo.shop.
- Send clear photo proof of the damaged or wrong item and the parcel.
- Our team will review it and arrange a replacement where eligible.
We cannot accept returns of used items that are not damaged or wrong.
